Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Begonville order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please log in to your account on our website, select the relevant order, and start the return process.
Our support team will review your request and contact you with return instructions within 2–3 business days.
Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- Returned with its original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@begonville.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and work with you to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
The item must be unworn, unused, returned with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to customized, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
