How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are listed below:
European Union: 9,00 USD
USA / Canada: 19,00 USD
Rest of the World: 24,00 USD
Any orders above 200 USD shipped FREE.
Our shipment costs per region will be posted here after the promotion ends.
You may be required to pay import duties and tax before, on or after delivery. This usually only applies to orders with a high value. For example, USA usually does not apply any tax on orders below $800 USD.
Please note that we cannot estimate or control these fees as they change based on country or state.
How long does it take to get my order?
When we receive your order, it will be processed immediately by our warehouse and will be shipped within the next 24 hours. You'll get a notification of the shipment's details alongside with a tracking number.
Our shipper of choice is DHL Express.
- Europe: 1-3 days in transit.
- North America: 2-5 days in transit.
- Asia: 3-6 days in transit
- Australia/New Zealand: 3-5 days in transit.
What currency are your prices charged in?
All products are charged with US dollars (US$)
Any refunds that you may receive will be also in US dollars , due to limitations and regulations by bank and credit card processing companies.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.
You may be charged duties and taxes by the courier when they deliver, depending on your location and value of the order. Payment is sometimes required to release your order from customs before delivery. For more information, you can contact any prominent shipment company or your local customs office.
For example, European countries requires VAT (changes per country) to be paid, while USA usually does not require any duties/taxes lower than $800 USD.

Why there is no Paypal support in Begonville Store?
Begonville is a brand with its offices located at Istanbul, Turkey.
Since 2016, Paypal ceased operations within Turkey since 2016 due to a disagreement about regulations within Turkey for online transactions.

Our top priority is to give you the most trusted and easy options for payments and shipping. We always aim above and beyond the global standards on these fronts. If and when Paypal comes back to Turkey, we'll surely activate this payment option as soon as possible.
Currently, Begonville Store uses Iyzico as its payment option, which is a local Paypal alternative and currently works with most large retailers within Turkey, such as H&M, Nike & Adidas.
About Apple Pay & Google Pay etc. (Other) Payment Methods:

Product Care & Materials
What are the care instuctions for Begonville products?
All Begonville are made with cotton, bamboo or linen. We always use our base as Turkish Cotton and like any cotton that you would normally wash, it requires a low temperature (30C or 86F max) to minimize shrinkage.
We recommend a slow tumble wash or a gentle mode for our products. While we recommend a air drying our products, you can also tumble dry your towels & throws.
Note on Products with Wrinkled Gauze Fabrics:
These products are delicate in nature due to their crinkle look and for that reason please lay flat the product for drying. Hanging the product may flatten the look of the product. If this happens, simply wash the products in the shortest mode your washing machine allows and dry as instructed. It will fix the issue.
Softeners & Myth-Busting about Towels:
We do not recommend using any kind of silicone-based softeners as it may reduce absorbency of the towel.
Do not use any kind of vinegar to soften your towel. It will smell bad and may change the color of the towel (especially if it has any light color)
Simply washing the towel will make the towel softer and more absorbent over time, like a fine-wine would taste better when aged properly.
Why use Turkish Cotton on Begonville Products?
While we are located within Turkey, we are not strictly limited to using Turkish Cotton as our base for our products. This is a deliberate choice by our founders and tested & approved by our countless customers across the globe because we just not only look for softness and absorbance.
At Begonville, we look for not only these two aspects of the cotton's specifications but look further into the overtime usage of the towel, malleability and color vibrancy of the yarn itself and most importantly, its drying time.
Egyptian cotton yarns are higher volume vs than its Turkish cousin - this also gives it its plush feeling and softness; however, this also doubles the drying time of the towel. This means that the towel will stay damp and moist will make the towel smell. Also, Egyptian towels are not recommended in highly humid climates, which is basically all the beaches that you would want to visit around the world. Turkish Towels while retaining almost the same softness and absorbency, will dry much quicker than an Egyptian towel. This means they will dry quickly, ready to be used multiple times, and will not smell bad after a day of use.
Can I Change the Shipping Address After Ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake on the addresses or change your mind. While we have very limited options once the product is shipped to you, we still may be able to change the shipping address.
Note that we cannot change the original country of the shipping address.
How do I check the status of my order?
After shipping your order, we'll also e-mail you regarding your tracking number which you can see where your parcel is currently in transit.
In between these processes if we need further information from you, you'll receive an email from our sales department.
Troubleshooting & Policies
What happens if I do not pay for the duties & taxes to recieve my order?
If you refuse to pay for the duties or taxes to receive your order, the product will be returned back to us.
Any shipping cost and additional operational fees incurred and paid by us will be deducted from your refund regardless of the limited time free shipping campaigns.
My package seems to be lost or missing items?
If you think your order is lost or undelivered after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately.
Please always check your parcel and its contents before signing your order with the shipping carrier.
If the parcel is delivered to the correct shipment address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is a cookie, really?
A cookie is a small text file that we save on your computer to keep track of what is happening during you’re your visit and to recognize your computer when you revisit our website. A cookie is not an app or program and it only stores text and will be erased by your browser of choice for a set amount of time.
