Returns Policy

You can return your unused Begonville product if there is a manufacturer defect. If you want to return your products, please mail support@begonville.co and we will return back to you as soon as possible.

  • Products must be sent back to Begonville within 7 days of receiving the product. 
  • please ensure that all products are unused and returned in original packaging, including all tags.
  • Begonville are not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes any customs or import fees.
  • We cannot exchange products. If you'd like to order another product, we can issue discount codes, which you can put towards a new order.
  • Once products have been quality checked, refunds are sent back to your original method. Refunds should show in your accounts in 10-14 working days.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. 
  • If the returning delivery cost back to us is deemed too much, please let us know so we can give you appropriate discount codes for you to use towards your next order.
